I graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2013, with a degree in Drawing and Painting. While at university I was award the Keith Prize from the RSA Open exhibition 2011 for best student work, and in 2012 I was awarded the Fleming Wyfold Award by the Fleming Collection.
Currently I am living and working in Penicuik, just outside of Edinburgh. I am surrounded by forest paths and woodlands, which is perfect for me as I am drawn heavily to painting trees. The changing forests are a constant source of inspiration and allow me to play freely with colour and composition.
